Defining our Roles
 
Screenmobile: My role is to educate you about our franchise, and explore this opportunity with you to see if we’re the right fit for each other. This is a franchise partnership, and we’re interested in candidates who can be successful, satisfied owners. I am not here to sell you. My responsibility is to facilitate the investigation process. Screenmobile Executive review committee makes the decision on offering our franchise to qualified candidates.
 
Prospect: Your role is to educate yourself about Screenmobile, and explore this opportunity to see if we’re the right fit for each other. To learn about this franchise partnership, and know Screenmobile is interested in candidates who can be successful, satisfied owners. My responsibility is to start, investigate and complete the investigation process. Understand it’s a process and not everyone makes it to the end, being accepted and a Screenmobile Franchisee.
 
The Red Flag:
Any time in this process you have a question, concern or want to stop let me know! Just wave the Red Flag and we’ll address the issue. Out of respect for you, I will do the same. If this franchise isn’t the right one, we certainly don’t want to waste each others time. Does that make sense?
 
 
The 7 Step Process
 
  1. Prequalification
    1. Goal: This is a 10 minute phone call to see if you have the basic requirements.
    2. Objective: Should we start the process?
  2. Program Review
    1. Goal: This is a one hour phone call to go over the Screenmobile program
    2. Objective: Inform you of the franchise profile
  3. Application Review Process
    1. Goal: Begin qualifying for a Screenmobile Franchise
    2. Objective: Learn about the candidate and check references
  4. Disclosure Review-
    1. Goal: Educate the ins and outs of Screenmobile
    2. Objective: Clarify the offering and what we expect
  5. Franchise Validation
    1. Goal: To help the candidate understand the Screenmobile system from the franchisees perspective
    2. Objective: To get a feel for what’s required to run a Screenmobile Franchise
  6. Discovery Day
    1. Goal: First face to face meeting
    2. Objective: Help you understand all that is involved and get to know you
  7. Awarding the Franchise
    1. Goal: Review committee to ascertain all the information
    2. Objective: Find a reason to say “ No”
